Rutina Wesley (HBO’s True Blood) has landed her first post-Bon Temps role, a gig that will bring her to ABC.
The actress is set to play one of the four leads on Broad Squad, a new procedural drama about the graduating class of Boston’s first female patrol officers in 1978. Lauren Ambrose (USA Network’s DIG, HBO’s Six Feet Under), Magic Mike’s Cody Horn, and Charlotte Spencer are also on board.
Mmm, I wonder if she shall be the tough/sassy one.
