Jamie Bamber, the towel-twirling enthusiast from Battlestar Galactica, is taking a break from Law & Order: UK to come back stateside to star on a pilor for NBC.The actor will play a detective on the series hopeful 17th Precinct, a cop-drama-meets-sci-fi proposition.
Stockard Channing is already on board, so here’s to hoping Bamber will add an irresistible som’in’ that will make the powers that be schedule this for the fall, alright.
