The actress has bowed out of New Year’s Eve in order to go to court with the model over custody of their 2 ½-year-old daughter Nahla.

Katherine Heigl is taking her role in the Garry Marshall-directed ensemble comedy.

What a shame that such a good-looking relationship had to end...and that it is turning more sour by the day....
