E! has called on Maria Menounos to co-anchor E! News with Jason Kennedy in the wake of Giuliana Rancic’s announced departure from the post she’s held for far too long, what, yeah...more than the decade that she indicated in her release about it, indeed.

Menounos will step into her new roles at E! once Rancic begins to transition outta hers on Aug. 10 – which is not, by any means, an age dig directed toward her skinny self.
