The Oscar-nominated actress has landed the lead in an indie by that title that will tell the true story of Lance Cpl. Leslie Martz, a U.S. Marine sent on a quite particularly emotionally taxing assignment to Afghanistan.
See, Martz was a lesbian officer who spied on Taliban wives.
And methinks this is the kind of awards bait that Page – who is soon to be seen opposite Julianne Moore in Freeheld – has been waiting for lately, so, yes...get it, girl.
