E! and Giuliana Rancic have announced that she is leaving her longtime post as one of the anchors of E! News. She will begin transitioning out of her day-to-day role on the show beginning on Aug. 10.
While Rancic will continue co-hosting Live from the Red Carpet awards-season specials and Fashion Police, she will be focusing at this “thrilling time for me” on a new show for Oxygen called Rich in Faith and on her wine – gulp! – and clothing lines.
Yeah, yeah. Good luck, whatever.
Can E! rehire Steve Kmetko then? And – gasp! – bring back actual entertainment reporting and news? We sure could use a little less who tweeted what and Kardashians updates.
