The Maleficent star has signed on to co-headline All the Bright Places, the adaptation of the Jennifer Niven young-adult novel that Miguel Arteta (Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day; The Good Girl) is getting ready to helm.
Fanning will play a young girl who learns how to live from a young man who is planning on dying.
Jeez, lighten up, kids.
