Well earned, too, considering everything the guy has had to deal with recently (his daughter lost her battle with ovarian cancer – the same disease that claimed her mother 20 years ago – last June).
The former James Bond tux-wearer will lead How to Make Love Like an Englishman, a sex comedy about a hedonistic (ooh!), yet romantic (aww!) poetry professor at Cambridge. Salma Hayek was just cast as his perfect woman...the one that makes him want to simma down (the only complication is he’ll just have gotten that character’s stepsister to be played by Jessica Alba preggers).
Further, Brosnan is also set to appear in The Coup, an action thriller about an American family living in Southeast Asia when a violent revolution gets underway. In a World... star Lake Bell and Owen Wilson will co-star in that one.
Oh, and then there’s Survivor, another thriller, this one to co-star Emma Thompson, Angela Bassett, and Milla Jovovich as a disgraced State Department employee working in London trying not only to clear her name of crimes for which she has been framed but also to prevent a large-scale attack on Times Square at New Year’s Eve.

Update: Almost forgot: Brosnan is also gonna work on I.T., as a successful book publisher who finds himself in the crosshairs of a disgruntled and tech savvy I.T. consultant who uses his power to threaten his family and well being.
