NBC has ordered 13 episodes of a new single-cam comedy starring the erstwhile Desperate Housewife as a top and oh-so-diva-ish soap star balancing all the drama that she experiences on and especially off camera.
A premiere date has yet to be set, but you best believe the Peacock will go the splashy route for the debut of Telenovela.
Longoria’s “international appeal” is one of the main reasons NBC decided to get into bed with her – so you know they are not going to let this one flounder in any way, shape, or form.
