No, not for an Oscar for her supporting turn in Still Alice (there was a push for it, did you know?), but for a French César Award, for her supporting work in Olivier Assayas’ Clouds of Sils Maria.
Well look at that.
In the film, Stewart plays the assistant of an (aging) actress (Juliette Binoche) who is threatened by her much-younger co-star (Chloë Grace Moretz), an It Girl who is now playing a part that the once-an-It-Girl-herself older woman once took on, thankyouverymuch.
I wonder if Sils Maria is on the iTunes already....
