As you can see, Star Trek's Chris Pine is the latest stud to embody Tom Clancy's famous and heroic CIA analyst-cum-big-screen superstar.
The currently titled Jack Ryan post-9/11-era reboot is being directed by Kenneth Branagh, who proved his blockbuster mettle with Thor, and co-stars Keira Kinghtley and Kevin Costner.
Branagh himself also has a role in the movie: that of the villain.
He better be ready for Pine to have him in a world of pain.
