Lindsay Gets Spared

It looks like Lindsay Lohan
’s luck really is turning.

L2, via her lawyer, entered a plea deal earlier today that will keep her out of jail for a change.

By pleading no contest on her misdemeanor theft case, La Lohan will not be required to serve more than the 120 days to which she already was sentenced for violating her probation, time that she will be allowed to serve under house arrest, wearing yet another monitoring device.

She more than likely will have to serve only 14 of those days, but will be required to complete her 480 hours of community service that came with that sentence and undergo psychological counseling.

After that, her probation will be terminated, and, I trust, that would be all that she wrote on this particularly troubled chapter of her life.

The road back to our good graces begins here, Linds. Do not stray. And see you on Gotti: Three Generations, girl.

I would've thrown the book at her face.
