A-Rocks...Not

Alec Baldwin has left the building.

The 30 Rock star was set to co-star in the Rock of Ages movie as aging rocker Dennis Dupree...but not anymore: the Emmy winner has dropped out of the project, some say, because of a personal, medical reason.

The adaptation is set to go into production this month in South Florida, so a replacement should be announced soon.

Baldwin remains committed to Woody Allen’s next, Rome-set, Penélope Cruz-co-starring film, though.
