Tom Welling – who, it must be said, is aging quite nicely – has landed a plum part in the latest adaptation of a Nicholas Spark novel, The Choice.
The movie, which is set to star Benjamin Walker and Teresa Palmer as a couple of star-crossed lovers, will see Welling play the boyfriend of Palmer’s character.
So he’ll be playing the complication of the story.
Oh well. Someone’s gotta do it.
