Yikes.
Former 7th Heaven pastor-patriarch Stephen Collins is in it now.
The actor reportedly is under investigation by the New York Police Department for allegedly confessing to molesting at least three underage girls (one as young as 11).
Evidently, it was Collins’ estranged wife, actress Faye Grant, who secretly taped one of his therapy sessions in 2012 – the year she filed for divorce – and tipped off the authorities about the possible crime.

Update 1: Well, the allegations are already costing Collins.
The guy just got fired from Ted 2.
Update 2: UP TV (f.k.a. The Gospel Music Channel) decided to pull 7th Heaven reruns from its schedule as of 5 p.m. on Oct. 7 in the wake of the scandal, while Collins – who has yet to address the allegations – resigned from the national board of SAG-AFTRA.
Update 3: Collins, who was supposed to reprise his role as a news anchor on TV’s Scandal this season, has been cut from the episode in which has to appear.
Also, he did not kill himself on Oct. 6 as some had reported, although the LAPD did arrive at his Tarzana, Calif., home to check in on the actor.
