Tony nominee Neil Patrick Harris had had to bare almost all of it for the latest issue of Rolling Stone (which just featured the Veep star in the buff like, last month) in order to promote Hedwig and the Angry Inch.
And talk about himself, natch.
And try to fill a top hat with not his head.
