Newsies Tony nominee Jeremy Jordan is ready to make quite the Smash on TV.

The actor, currently seen as Jack Kelly on the Broadway hit, will appear on the sophomore season of NBC’s behind-the-scenes look at the making of a Great White Way musical, as a singer from Brooklyn.

Lest you think otherwise, though, theater fans, you will be able to catch Jordan on stage – he plans on staying put at Newsies while shooting Smash, at least for a while.
