Cheyenne Jackson is headed to Mockingbird Lane.

Looks like they are really going to make this one quite different than the original – and Jerry O’Connell’s Herman work for it.

Jackson will play Scout Master Steve, young Eddie Munster’s (newcomer Mason Cook) charming new scout master.

The actor also is set to be featured on HBO’s Behind the Candelabra, Steven Soderbergh’s Liberace biopic, as Jerry O’Rourke, the performer’s former lover and stage sidekick.
