On Pause

Good thing she has a Back-up Plan: Jennifer Lopez and her record label, Sony’s Epic Records have parted ways.

The singer-actress had begun to stage her musical comeback late last year and was due to release her seventh studio album, LOVE?, in a couple of months.

Not anymore, obvs.

In fact, sources say the album, which spawned one mildly successful single (“Louboutins”) and another not-so-hot one (“Fresh Out the Oven”), was never finished. Too bad: I kinda liked the new song (“What Is Love?”) she premiered in Italy last weekend.

Not everything is lost, though. La Lopez’s rep says she is currently negotiating with another label.

I said it once, and I’ll say it again: There’s always TV, girl.

No big loss SINCE SHE CAN'T SING TO SAVE HER TWINS' LIVES!
