Grey’s Anatomy mastermind Shonda Rhimes once again has tapped the Kiwi to star in a new pilot for ABC called Off the Map.

The Ring actor previously took part in Rhimes’ didn’t-make-it-on-the-air show about news correspondents, Inside the Box.

The new project, which will co-star Without a Trace alumnus Enrique Murciano, follows a team of medical professionals who flee the United States to work at a clinic on a tropical island.

I predict shirtlessness will ensue, which ups its chances that we’ll see it next fall.
