Mama Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day

Jennifer Garner is no Gwyneth Paltrow.

By which I mean that unlike G.P., Mrs. Ben Affleck is not cutting back to only one film a year (GTS). No, Garner likes to work too much.

So the actress, who is currently filming the football comedy Draft Day, has signed on to play opposite Steve Carell in Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day, the story of a boy who has a crap 24 hours and finds out that others have them, too.

Miguel Arteta (The Good Girl) is directing the movie from a script co-written by Lisa Cholodenko (The Kids Are All Right).
