The Carol actress was asked quite recently about the rumor that Alicia Vikander might be taking over the role of Lisbeth Salander in a proposed adaptation of the latest book about the heroine, The Girl in the Spider’s Web, and girlfriend said she remains the one and only Lisbeth.
For now.
“As far as I know I’m [playing the character] until someone tells me otherwise. And then I still might do it.”
