Indeed, the crowd-pleasing 2001 Jean-Pierre Jeunet film starring Audrey Tautou as a curious-gamine type of Parisian waitress who likes to interfere whimsically in the lives of others in the name of love is becoming a stage production starring Samantha Barks (Les Miserables).
The new musical will have a run at the Berkeley Repertory Theatre from Aug. 28 until Oct. 4 and then will fix on hitting the Great White Way...some time in 2016?
