She’s at It Again

Yesterday was Brad Pitt’s 49th birthday, right – so Angelina Jolie decided to announce some news of her own.

The actress filmmaker is directing again.

Jolie is finalizing a deal to helm Unbroken, the story of Olympian-turned-World War II POW Louis Zamperini.

The Oscar winner reportedly was quite moved by the man’s immense humanity, faith, and courage, and began fighting for the right to tell his story as soon as she finished reading the “brilliant” book upon which the script is based.

This will mark Jolie’s second foray behind the camera, following last year’s In the Land of Blood and Honey.
