Mark Dec. 12 in your movie-watching calendar, movie fans, for that is the day in which Oscar winners Meryl Streep and Philip Seymour Hoffman will face off in Doubt.In the 1964-set film, Streep plays a nun who confronts a priest (Hoffman) after suspecting him of abusing a black student.
The film, based on the Pulitzer and Tony-winning play, also features Amy Adams and Viola Davis, in what I’ve already read and heard is an award-worthy turn.
