Bound for Boston

Another one of my fellow FIU Panther Dennis Lehane’s works is headed to the big screen, yo – and it is getting some good talent interested in it.

Tom Hardy and Prometheus star Noomi Rapace are eyeing parts in Animal Rescue, a project based on a Lehane short story.

The story revolves around a lonely Boston bartender who saves a dog and is then targeted by its former owner while a crime related to the city’s underbelly plays out.

Mmm...from where I stand, either Hardy or Rapace could play the unlucky good Samaritan. Which makes this one all that much more intriguing.
