A Survivor to Rule the Land

It’s from protecting the president to being the president for Kiefer Sutherland.

The Emmy-winning star of TV’s 24 is eyeing a return to the tube via ABC’s new in-the-works conspiracy thriller drama show thing.

Titled Designated Survivor, the Simon (The Martian) Kinberg-produced show will center POTUS Sutherland, but only after his lower level Cabinet member-character gets promoted to the job following an attack that claims everyone above his station and pay grade.

Well that’s one way to get ahead....

We probably will get to meet the Designated Survivor – btw, that is a thing (GTS) – next fall.
