I blame awards season.
Evidently, Jennifer Lawrence and her American Hustle and Silver Linings Playbook director David O. Russell could be working together again. And not just on The Ends of the Earth.
While everyone was thinking and talking Globes and Oscars and such, Russell was negotiating rewriting and directing a biopic about Joy Mangano, the single-mom-from-Long-Island-inventor of the Miracle Mop, an infomercial success story, and as you can and should infer, he reportedly had or has J. Law in mind for the part.
I hope this gets done. It is kinda magical when these two work together.
