Ryan Murphy is ensuring the second season of his hit FX show American Horror Story features a bunch of familiar face other than just first-season MVP Jessica Lange (who will not be playing Constance Langdon again, btw).
The show’s co-mastermind announced last week that Zachary Quinto also will return to the show, this time as a regular after taking on the role of a gay man’s ghost last year (I presume he will not be reprising his original role, either).
Also coming back for seconds? Evan Peters (Tate Langdon, from Season 1), Sarah Paulson (a medium from Season 1), and Lily Rabe (one of the original owners of the fright house at the center of Season 1).
Connie Britton, Dylan McDermott, and Taissa Farmiga aren’t expected to either reprise their roles as the Harmons or portray new folks at this time.
