The last Saturday of May was alright for the first of the last three episodes of TV’s Pushing Daisies.ABC finally decided fans of the show had waited long enough to run the eps – which it had to in order to release the show’s second season on DVD. With little to no promotion to boot. I only found out online late on Friday afternoon.
Shame on ABC for treating Pushing Daisies like stale ol’ pie when it’s the sweetest confection they’ve had in recent years!
I’m going to love watching this coda to this always brilliant, colorful, inventive, amusing, and smart show. But I’m going to hate that it’s not coming back.
