Taylor Swift has been tapped as co-chair of the Met Gala. Anna Wintour, of course, will co-host the May 2 affair, with the singer, and Idris Elba, and Jonathan Ive, the chief design officer at Apple.
The theme will be “Manux X Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology.”
Perfect, because I know, from her speechifying during one of her summer stops in Santa Clara, Calif., that La Swift is all about those tech workers. ;)
So now you know: It is time to get your handmade haute couture or your machine-made fashions ready. Or you cannot join The (Taylor) Squad at the Met, dahling.
