Alright – I am all about Australia these days.

I went Down Under when I was in Manhattan last month, and I’m so definitely looking forward to Baz Luhrmann’s Australia next month I can’t shut up about it or its star, Hugh Jackman.

But have you met Curtis Stone, the star of TLC’s Take Home Chef? My TiVo will real soon.

He’s a chef, he’s a surfer – he’s adorable.

I’ve seen him on the Today show twice now (two weeks in a row). That’s what I call a sign that I must get to know him and his recipes better ASAP.
