Buzz worthy Dreamgirls co-star Jennifer Hudson (a former American Idol contestant) is some kind of wonderful – and thanks to this fine film I finally know this (I’m not much of an Idol fan).Girlfriend can sing! And she’s rather beautiful, too, in an accessibly stunning kind of way – no fuss, no muss.
In short, she’s just a dream. Just you wait until you see her steal the show as Effie White in the aforementioned musical next month. Just you wait.
