Director Luca Guadagnino (I Am Love) has tapped Chloë Grace Moretz as the star of his re-envisionining of Dario Argento’s Suspiria. The actress – and Hillary Clinton supporter – will play a young dancer who enrolls into an elite German ballet academy, where she begins to uncover some sinister secrets, as well as the truth about some truly grisly murders that may have occurred on campus.

The project will make a reunion for Guadagnino with Tilda Swinton, his muse emerita, and Dakota Johnson, both of whom starred in his A Bigger Splash earlier this year.
