The actress has signed on to co-star in Steven Soderbergh’s next project, The Side Effects, as a woman who gets hooked on prescription pills as the release from prison of her criminally inclined husband (Channing Tatum) grows closer.

Jude Law is set to play Lively’s shrink in the movie, which is set to begin production for a 2013 release.
