With a Name Like Penelope…

Originally slated to come out last spring, the Christina Ricci vehicle Penelope follows the titular character’s journey to free herself from a family curse, and ultimately find her true self.

Oh, yeah…the curse: Penelope has a pig’s nose.

The film, which I declare looks super charming, co-stars James McAvoy (The Last King of Scotland), Catherine O'Hara, Peter Dinklage (The Station Agent), and Reese Witherspoon.

Look for it later this summer.
