The sequel to the dark cult fave of the Christmas season is so official now that it has been announced that Mean Girls director Mark Waters is set to helm. Billy Bob Thornton, of course, will be reprising his role as the drinkin’, thievin’ foul-mouthed titular character, while Tony Cox and Brett Kelly, who played The Kid, also will be back.
Yeah, yeah – but will Lauren Graham be back for more as Sue, a.k.a. horny Mrs. Santa?
I guess we shall see when Bad Santa 2 arrives in theaters late next year.
