Jennifer Aniston is set to co-star in The Yellow Birds, the adaptation of Kevin Powers’ war-in-Iraq-set novel. The film was originally meant to serve as a starring vehicle for one Benedict Cumberbatch, but the Cumber-stud has bounced from it, and now Jack Huston is set to mentor the two soldier-buds that Scouts Guide to the Zombie Apocalypse’s Tye Sheridan and
L’Aniston will play Sheridan’s mother.
The actress is currently shooting Garry Marshall’s Mother’s Day. Ergo my comment as the top of the situation.
