Following the très froide reception that his directorial debut, Lost River, enjoyed at last summer’s Cannes Film Festival, the decision has been made not to release the film in theaters stateside.
The film, however, will see the light in the new year.
Right now, the plan is give it a multi-platform home entertainment release in the spring.
