The Inherent Vice actress has landed the female lead in the upcoming Aaron Sorkin-written Steve Jobs biopic that Danny Boyle is directing.

Waterston is set to play Chrisann, Jobs’ first wife romantic partner, a woman with whom the late Apple genius shared a sometimes-acrimonious relationship.
