Plaza is starring in the new comedy Life After Beth, as the girl of the title – a girl who is resurrected by her Old Testament-wielding parents (John C. Reilly and Molly Shannon), much to the delight and eventual chagrin of the boyfriend she left behind (The Amazing Spider-Man 2’s Dane DeHaan).
Talk about a clinger, huh.
Life After Beth opens on Aug. 15.
