The latest involves an alleged burglary at the Hollywood Hills home of a longtime acquaintance of La Lohan’s earlier this month. Evidently, L2 was a guest there when several items went MIA.
L.A. detectives had presented a potential felony burglary case against the still-on-probation actress and two men who reportedly were at the house (one of them was her assistant), but prosecutors determined today there was no evidence and thus no case to move forward with any proceeding (at this time?).
The good Angeleno men in blue say will continue investigating once they wash the stench of sketch off their uniforms.
