Once Upon a Time has found the Gaston to Emilie de Ravin’s Belle.

The hit TV fantasy has tapped Sage Brocklebank – cute Canadian, eh? – to play the Beauty and the Beast character on an upcoming episode that will shine a light on the mysterious Rumplestiltskin/Mr. Gold (Robert Carlyle).

If Brocklebank looks familiar that’s because he used to make ya laugh on USA Network’s Psych.

I stopped watching that show quite a bit ago, so all I can say is it’s a pleasure to make your acquaintance, Sage.
