A Bad Case of the Block

Winona Ryder is sticking with psychological thrillers for a bit.

The actress, who I last saw in Black Swan, has signed on to star in The Stare opposite James Franco, playing a playwright who begins to hallucinate and become paranoid as she struggles to get her latest project off the ground.

So...a feel-good movie, huh.

Franco will play one of the actors in her production.

I love that Ryder is working consistently again (she was also featured in last winter’s The Dilemma), but can someone turn her attention to something light and costume-y, please?
