Lois’s Mama

Smallville is kicking off its 10th and final season on the tube this Friday, and the powers that be are going all out for their swan song.

Already a bunch of all-time faves will be reprising their roles on the show, including James Marsters (Brainiac), Alan Ritchson (Aquaman), and V’s Laura Vandervoort (Kara/Supergirl).

Now comes word that the show has scored quite the meta guest: none other than Desperate Housewives star Teri Hatcher.

The actress will play Erica Durance’s Lois Lane’s mother.

Hatcher, of course, first became a household name in the TV world playing Superman’s soul mate on The New Adventures of Lois and Clark.
