L2’s Indoors October

Lindsay Lohan went to court again today (cute outfit, huh?), and again she was sent back to jail.

The so-called actress was sentenced to remain behind bars without bail until her next probation hearing, set for Oct. 22, on the heels of her admission last week that she f---ed up – pardon my French, but how else can it put at this point? – and violated the conditions of her probation by taking drugs.

Is anyone else nervous that L2 will be sprung (yet again) just days before Halloween?

Just hours after her sentencing, girlfriend was granted, by a different judge, a writ of habeas corpus and set bail for $300,000 following an appeal by the actress’ lawyer. L2 left jail shortly before midnight Pacific time, but she’s still due back in court on Oct. 22.

Given all her troubles, I would’ve saved the money and taken the time to think....

Update 3: Lohan reportedly went into rehab, on her own, for the fifth time on Sept. 28 because she supposedly, “finally admitted she needs help to fix her addiction.”
