Swedish actress Noomi Rapace (The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo) is going to play the female lead opposite Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law in Sherlock Holmes 2.This will be Rapace’s first English-speaking role.
Details about her role are scarce, but word is she’ll play a French Gypsy.
Production on the sequel is set to begin this fall.
