Justin Timberlake’s is taking another stab at an acting career with a new multimedia William Rast campaign.

William Rast is the clothing label he co-founded in 2005 with friend Trace Ayala, and although he’s kept a low profile within it he’s finally stepping into the spotlight to star as the fictional William Rast in the fall/winter 2008-’09 campaign.

Starring Timberlake, My Name is William Rast is a series of Web shorts he co-wrote, co-directed (with Jonas Åkerlund), and composed, and in the first, co-starring supermodel Erin Wasson, the multi-hyphenate introduces William Rast to the world.
